Defining, setting up and improving continuously the Quality Policy by working closely with the ICOM Manager and staying within the framework of the Western European Logistics Territory rules in accordance with the Supply Chain & Logistics Europe Policy. Through the installation of the Lean Office project, the objective for our Entity is to return and maintain our processes as LEAN as possible and to improve the appreciation of our organization.

- Stock parameters management of more than 5.000 references in stock aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and minimizing the stock value - To manage new products launching - To review suppliers agreements optimizing lot sizes and maximizing deliveries frequency - To analyze the logistic offer to align shorter lead times to customer and most sold products. In that way stocks level is reduced and service level gets better.

- To study how to improve electric engines plant production in Sant Quirze by implementing lean manufacturing, - To set and follow-up both production lines and, - To launch a new replenishment process in both lines by using Kanban cards method.

To manage an IT program responsible of the installations maintenance follow-up (National Art Museum of Catalonia). By setting all parameters correctly and launching the maintenance simulation, Employees got maintenance orders so they could proceed, on a weekly basis. System data was updated by their feedbacks.
