My role at Ubimet consists in develop API's to provide weather forecast data to our applications. It involves the modeling of data for storage in both MongoDB and Postgis databases, connectivity with other company systems and guarantee the high availability and high performance of these APIs.

My last role was to rebuild from scratch a distributed and highly scalable application (Cartola FC) using our internal cloud (Tsuru) and updating all stack used by previous version. I worked with nginx, Golang, AngularJS, many CSS and JS pre-processors and, in the previous version, Tornado Web. I developed globoesporte.com, in Python, using 100% free software, in which I improved my CSS and jQuery skills as a full-stack developer. I also worked with Semantics Database, SEO and microformats.

Implementation of an extensible and scalable web service to facilitate the development of mobile social applications through a generic interface optimized for transfering context information between devices and social networks. And Android application were developed to validate the architecture.

Final project in JAVA entitled "REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM THROUGH A WEB/WAP INTERFACE BASED ON VIDEO CAPTURED BY WEBCAM" that aimed to introduce concepts, protocols and mechanisms needed by a security solution with low budget. The presented solution involved video streaming generated by webcams.
