- Support the « New Arche » project (mix marketing, follow up of real life tests, launch of the summer menu) - Development of POS advertising with external designers - In charge of a customer satisfaction tool and reporting of the performance (happy or not device) - Close collaboration with the operational network (54 restaurants in France) - Operational guide (presentation of the new range, advertising guide, product sourcing) - Management of sales analysis under SAP
