With Mu Sigma, I spearhead Big Data application development activities throughout the US leading retailer with technologies including Apache Spark, Hive and Java. I lead the Software Development Lifecycle, strategize resource requirements & delivery models, drive large-scale architecture, and head the development of high performance scalable application. As a Team Lead, I consistently steered critical improvements & clean code and drove quality & efficiency improvements.

As Technical lead, I was involved in a POC using Microsoft Azure as a part of migration project.

I was recruited to lead the business migration to Hadoop integrated solution by leveraging acumen of Big Data technology, identifying business requirements and completing POC in ELK stack to demonstrate Kibana usage for data visualization. As a Scrum Master, I led activities including daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, sprint planning meetings, management reviews, group discussions, quality & process trainings.

As Software Engineer, I was involved in designing, implementing & maintaining scalable application on Java & MySQL. By collaborating with key users, I mapped requirements for the Eco Energy project, developed solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes for ensuring successful execution. Through my contribution to the development lifecycle, we consistently delivered high performance applications.
