- Was part of a large team that built a major AI product and was responsible for handling and storing data in the order of millions at scale - Managed the company's sprint team and SRE team for a subset of our products and ensured that the features that we delivered maximized productivity and streamlined our SRE processes by setting up SLOs and SLAs and ensuring they were met diligently - Was part of the team that worked on performance optimization and was involved in query fine tuning, indexing and caching

- Was part of a two person team to build a tool that would act as a data warehouse for all of the data collected by the company so far. This helped in the company enhancing all of our core offerings by enriching their analysis with the additional streamlined data from the tool that we had built - Was part of the support team at the company where we managed daily incidence reports and estabilshed internal SLO's to rehaul the way the entire team operated and went on to manage the same support team

- Was part of a 3 member team that was responsible for developing the Company's in-house employee performance management tool that is used throughout the company to track ratings, feedback, promotions. - Was responsible for developing an product that did lot of data analysis for our business analyst teams improving the entire team's productivity by more than 80 percent (measured using dashboards that were built by me in Metabase)
