 Modelling and CFD simulation of existing rotary union of a 2-channel minimal lubrication system in a drilling machine tool.  Geometrically optimize the leakage channel of rotary union by maximizing the vortexes using DoE designs.  Realizing the model in 3D and comparing the results with experimentation.

• Conduction and analysis of static and fatigue tests on probes to analyse the influence of various parameters • Conduction of friction tests and calculation of friction coefficients on the test rig.

Identify and analyze technical details of customer's requirements on ball and roller bearings and support application reviews on machines and equipment and support customers in product developments as per customer requirement from NSK’s production range through calculations, product selection and provide suggestions on lubrication, mounting techniques and sealing performance.
