Managed multiple teams– Invoice Processing team, Payments Team, Vendor Master Team, Service Entry Service Acceptance Team, PR to PO creation team, Order Confirmation Team, LDR Team, Blocked Invoices & GR/IR reconciliation team, AP & Procurement helpdesk team

1. Handling incoming calls & e mails of customer, advisor, unit managers of domestic insurance company (ICICI Prudential) 2. Resolving their queries, taking requests and complaints & co coordinating with other departments for timely resolution 3. Ensure that the quality of calls and e mails are achieved as per agreed SLAs with client.
