• Worked on design and packaging study of Motor controller unit (MCU) / Inverter • Complete ownership of MCUs mechanical packaging involving responsibilities such as concept proposals from scratch, modifications to meet IP certifications. • Well skilled in design and modifications of components involved in MCUs such as heat sink, covers, mountings using CAD tool CATIA - V5 • Interaction with motors and batteries team for vehicle level packaging study

• Virtually validated the design through Stack up analysis between Motor components, Power Electronics, Battery Modules and provided feasible solutions • Design of transmission components, Housing and battery modules in Hybrid transmission using tool Unigraphics - NX • Worked with automotive Client General Motors at their site, have gained knowledge on various transmission systems • Hands on experience in Team center process
