My role involves end-to-end ownership of the design process: from initial concept and detailed component design to working closely with suppliers to align on technical specifications and quality expectations. I actively participate in development and verification testing, to validate system performance against requirements.

Saved of 5€/Battery of V0 additive removal from the housing interface sealing material VMQ 60 shore. Saving of 10€/battery after successfully nomination of new supplier for Carrier plate

Released the Rework documents for plant usage on housing covers Resolved the corrosion issue on the upper housing of Nissan Leaf battery and saved the 400 yen/Battery. Benchmarking of competitor batteries and implementation of cost-effective solution for Nissan leaf battery Renault Megane underbody cooling design which reduced the cell heating by 10%
