Responsible for the new developing product concept design and implementation. Lead to prepare System Requirements, Duty Table, sheave shaft loads, top level BOM and other system level. Perform elevator system calculations, component calculation for hoistway dynamics and analysis for car/ cwt weight and layout arrangement. Integration of elevator mechanical system design, understanding the basic requirement of control fundamentals. Understanding and performing FMEA to FTB’s/issues/turnbacks.

Developed concept layout and design of Brick Making Machine products from specifications using Creo and AutoCAD software. Implement Cost reduction methods in aspect of design. Coordinated with technical department (Verdes Spain), scheduling and solution development for engineering design and test issues.

Development of Coke Oven Machine. Created CAD drawings & BOM using Creo software to convey manufacturing. Planned and evaluated results of Coke Oven Machine analysis, modeling and drawing. Performed tolerance analysis to support success in high-volume product manufacturing.

New product development of Skid Steer Loader Vehicle and Pressure Control Valve. In depth knowledge of Hydraulic Cylinders, Pump, Spool Valves and Connectors. Created CAD drawings using Creo and AutoCAD software to convey manufacturing. Created EBOM & MBOM Skid Steer Loader Vehicle. Perform tolerance analysis to support success in high-volume product manufacturing.

Drafted 2D designs of Plywood Machines using AutoCAD software. Followed up with external suppliers to gather information and resolve issues. Provided technical assistance to staff when needed. Managed project documents, blueprints and specifications
