•Leading R&D and Engineering projects / programs of $24 million of Advik new products such as (Oil Pumps, Water Pumps, Tensioners, Fuel Cocks, CBS, De-Compression Units, Emission Products, Drum Gear Shifters) for India and US markets. •Responsible and Accountable for delivering all NPD projects assigned / awarded from Honda, Bajaj Auto, Yamaha Motors, Hero Motors, Magna, TVS, RE, Harley Davidson for all the above products.

•Led Engineering and Program management of $18.6 million of Hasbro Nerf new products such as (Pocket strike, Doominator, Truepoint, Trilogy, Clampdown, Hammershot) for US and EU markets. •Single Point Contact (SPOC) from Prothom to all global customers like Hasbro, MGA entertainment, Jaaks Pacific and Spinmaster. •Engaged in Project Planning; providing Technical (Engineering) supervision and communicating with all stakeholders (Internal departments, HOD’s, Suppliers and Customers).

•Led all Product Design engineering and New Product Development activities for pilot pressure controller, control valve product vertical for JCB, caterpillar, Sany having sales worth of $12.4 million •Led closely development activities with various casting, machining & plastic injection molding suppliers in & outside of India during product development; designed Jigs & Fixture and managed the approvals required for new products.
