Since 2013 I facilitated workshops on human-centered innovation methodologies – mostly Design Thinking – for more than 130 people from various institutions and corporations worldwide. Including executive consultants, employees from major firms, students and entrepreneurs in San Francisco, Qatar, Berlin and Potsdam (HPI d-school). My objective is to bring human-centricity in informative, hands-on and fun workshop formats to people, giving them new impulses and tools for their daily work.

To bring sustainability on the agenda of Lautsprecher Teufel, two colleagues and I have founded an internal initiative. We were able to inspire more than a quarter of the workforce to take the first steps and set up an international team from Germany and China. While celebrating first successes we are continuing to collect data for better decision making, empower employees to foster change and to discuss strategic steps with the top management.

As an Interaction Engineer at Lautsprecher Teufel, I create, develop and ensure an exciting user experience throughout the product development cycle until the product launch. My focus hereby is on the Hardware & Software interaction and thereby on the interface between user and product. My objective is to create valuable products, services and processes that users fall in love with.

Wir bei GelTouch Technologies entwickeln smarte programmierbare Oberflächen mit integrierter Möglichkeit real fühlbaren Knöpfe nach Bedarf zu erzeugen. Mit unserer Technologie können wir Knöpfe genau dann entstehen lassen, wenn haptische Unterstützung gebraucht wird - so entsteht beispielsweise eine Tastatur zum Tippen. Die veränderbare Haptik führt zu besserer Produktivität, mehr Benutzerfreundlichkeit und zu höherer Sicherheit in der Bedienung.

At Detecon Inc. I worked for the strategy & innovation consultancy as a business analyst and innovation coach. My main tasks included primary and secondary market research in the realm of Smart Retail, Virtual Reality, Mass Event Technologies, Smart Luggage eHealth & mHealth, connected Transportation and Innovation Culture. Thus, I delivered documents, presentations and innovation workshops for clients.

The Human-Computer-Interaction research group, led by Professor Jörg Müller at the Technische Universität Berlin in cooperation with the T-Labs, researches on various topics including mobile interaction, transparent displays and virtual reality. First, I assisted in the projects “SQUINT – Eyetracking in VR” and “Glimpse – Eyetracking for public displays”. Then, I initiated and led the research project on the GelTouch Technology.
