Main activities: Represent the local Pan-net/Pan IP business demands towards Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net. Establish an end-to-end view on Pan-IP activities in Magyar Telekom. Continous process improvement and support of the local PanIP program. Lead the Network Investment Monetization project. Aim of the Network Investment Monetization project was to introduce an approach to effectively monetize MT's network taking into consideration the network related customer experience.

Main activities: managing software development projects with an Indian system integrator partner, supervising project managers of smaller projects, delivered 100% of projects on time, biggest project had more than 150 delegated people
