Plan and coordinate QA activity for all projects from the Automotive Line of Business (ALoB) in Luxoft Germany. Participate and support external projects Assessments for Automotive SPICE 2.5 (HIS scope) for levels 2 and 3, external customers’ Audits based on ASPICE 2.5, VDA 6.3. Conduct and coordinate internal project process assessments (based on ASPICE 2.5 HIS scope). Plan and conduct projects Audits/review. Conduct process trainings.

Prepare and conduct projects ASPICE 2.5 appraisals/self-assessments. Development company standard processes and QMS documentation based on ASPICE 2.5. Support of the company-level processes establishment/tailoring for the projects. Communicate with Customer’s Quility Assurance department. Conduct projects' Audits. Develop, collect and analyze process metrics. Conduct process trainings for company employees. Consultations/coaching of the Project manager’s.

Testing activities: Development and documentation test cases, development and running Automation Test cases, bug reporting/tracking/verification, Production packages verification, establish and maintainl traceability between TestCases and SW Requirements. Test management activities: development Test documentation (Test Plan/Test Schedule/Test Specification/test reports), Define and describe projects Testing process. Coordinate projects' test activities,

Plan and conduct Project Audits, CCMI practices establishment, QMS documentation development. Preparation of CMMI appraisals. Automotive SPICE practices analyse. Perform Process engineering activities: development and update company-level processes, process assets (procedures, checklists, templates, instruction). Provide assistance in ISO/CMMI assessments, coordinate CMMI self-assessments, collect and analyze process metrics.

Organization of the test process, development of Test Plans and Test Cases, Test Cases execution, Defects reporting/tracking, Test reports preparation. Communicate with customer.
