Myself Vilas Meshram having  22 years of combined experience  in design and engineering  of Static Equipments such as Pressure vessels, S&T Heat Exchanger, Air Cooler, Condenser, Storage Tank, Filters and more equipment for  Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, Pharma, Food, Water Treatment & Nuclear facility projects. Therefore, I am really interested in taking up new roles/opportunities to leverage my current areas of expertise and increase my skills further in Mechanical Design and Engineering projects.

Worked as Lead static Equipment Engineer. Executed APC De-ethanizer off Gas projects for SABC, 300 MTPD Green Ammonia Project, Oman -Developed and reviewed datasheets, MRs, and GA & fabrication drawings for static equipment, large diameter tanks under LSTK/EPC scope. -Interaction with all project interfaces, design status review meetings with the client, subcontractors and vendors. -Oversaw vendor data review, fabrication support, and site activities, and zero non-conformities at shipment.

Designed, engineered almost all types of static equipment such as Fire Water Tanks, Flare KO drums, Diesel Tank, Filters and various other types of Pressure Vessels and packages for Onshore ADNOC project. • Responsible for carrying out equipment pressure parts strength calculation, lifting calculation, wind, seismic and external nozzle loads calculation. • Close coordination with ADNOC for any technical related issue and approval, Liaison with suppliers and subcontractors/vendors.

-Prepared and reviewed strength calculations and detailed drawings for static equipment and packages, ensuring full compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications. -Led multidisciplinary coordination and technical liaison with ASME authorities, clients, and subcontractors; resolved technical queries promptly. -Monitoring/reviewing other Discipline’s documents like Process Data Sheets (PDS), P&IDs, PFD. Scope document and Material Requisitions (MR).

-Preparation/review of Static equipment’s strength calculation /drawing in full compliance to Codes, Standards and Project Specifications for client approval. -Preparation/review of material requisitions for manufacturing of equipments. -Coordination with inter-disciplines, ASME authorities and response to technical queries from clients and subcontractors - Resolving client issues regarding project specifications, fabrication and adherence to company’s QA system, policies and procedures.
