Interim assignment - Intralogistics support to assembly site in launching new production (Complete seats assembly Tier 1 subject): - Processes covered: Handling-in and -out, Storage, Picking, Line feeding - adaptation to 5 newly launched projects (4 Stellantis, 1 Ford); - Revision and confirmation of previous calculations related to material levels, space, floor, packaging, head count, cost, and implementing them in the real daily business; - Subproject: Implementation of specialised picking software.
