1. Responsible for managing all the ETL related issues & configuration, attending production calls and providing support for all of ETL software products from administrator standpoint. 2. Worked on Informatica and Ab Initio upgrade activities. 3. Worked with vendor to get the Ab Initio infrastructure created from scratch on Linux host. 4. Responsible for - Informatica & Ab Initio Co>Operating system and other Informatica & Ab Initio products installation/configuration/upgrades/migration.

Responsible for all the ETL activities – Informatica and Ab Initio related components installation/configuration/upgrades/migration, key renewals for servers and users. Handle object release and promotion from the development to test and production environments. Worked with clients and gathered requirements for new project and created projects. Worked on software-related issues like connection issues, login issue, and any unexpected environment parameter issues faced by the developers.
