Working as Salesforce Solution Architect in Pre-Sales team since December 2015. My responsiblities include :- o Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign. o Produce a detailed functional design document, a technical specification, timeline and resourcing. o Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer. o Participate pre-sales actives like Solution discovery, technical write-ups, Proof-of-concept, Demo creation etc.

My roles and responsibilities included:- o Implementing new functionalities and enhancements to existing functionalities after brain storming the requirements with the business process team. I’m working as a developer for this project. o Suggesting and implementing use of standard practices/frameworks to enhance and maintain code quality. o Working with the team to streamline processes to make everyone’s life easy.

My roles and responsibilities included:- o Implementing/Suggesting new functionalities as well as enhancements to existing functionalities. o Communication with client teams to understand end user requirements. o Communicating requirements and designs to the team and helping the team to implement the same. o Change management. o Maintaining data quality across sandboxes and Production environment.
