Working as NPD Engineer in the Design and Development of Adaptor Simulator Box for the Broncoscopy Equipment. -Design Concepts, component and material selection, vendor creation, Manufacturing process selection. - plastic component design. - Prototyping, vacuum casting. - CAD (Siemens NX, Solidworks, 3D tolerance stack analysis)

Project 1: Integra life sciences - Worked on Design modifications for plastic surgical devices and Sheetmetal design for enclosures. - Worked on Technical documentation for DFMEA, Tolerance stack analysis. Project 2: Applied Materials - Worked on design and development of Semiconductor equipment and Roll to Roll coating machines. - Concept creations, design modification, Supplier problem sheet handling, ECN, BOM management. - Hands on experience in PTC Creo, Siemens NX, Windchill, TC, SAP ERP, PLM Agile.

- Worked on NPD for Axes movements and work tank assembly. - Value creation on implementation of linear guideways and work tank fabrication. - Design modifications, tool migration from 2D to 3D and BOM management. - Supplier problem handling, vendor creation and manufacturing site supervision. - Hands on experience in PTC Creo, AutoCAD.
