Tech Lead for an initiative to improve and refine our internal Redux architecture and created the documentation. • In charge of on-Boarding new Team Members. Acting as navigator/driver in pair programming with junior members to help introduce them to components of the app code base. • Cleaned up legacy code and lead the ‘Tech’ topics to ensure technical debt is always addressed. • Implemented a global solution for impression logging. • Configured CircleCI for utilising cache and improving job separation.

Implemented Pre-Key architecture with Axolotl encryption framework. In charge of converting it to OLM. • Added Group Chat feature incl. ability to send various types of attachments, hiding read status, reply feature and deleting your own messages for groups. Worked closely with stakeholders including designers and Server/Android team to implement it across the system. • Implemented PushKit for call notifications to improve UX. • Integrated CallKit to improve UX and updated notification changes post iOS 13.
