Manage all aspects of EU close process: GL close (20 LE) B/S reviews and preparation of monthly EU close package for HQ to analyze trends vs prior month, prior quarter and prior year with various supplementary schedules. Build business partner relationships across Finance (Corp. groups). Manage EU financial statement audits including quarterly reviews, yearly 401k audit and SEC filings 10Q/10K disclosures.

oordinate general accounting of the Swiss company (staff 100). Responsible for core balance sheet reviews (Banks, Inventory, ICO, A/R, A/P, Fixed Asset, etc…) and ensure that they all reconcile. Direct the close process and ensure that entity agrees with all worldwide entities. Ensure continual compliance with new legislation requirements of Sarbanes Oxley legislation, IFRS, USGAAP and SWISSGAAP. Lead the audit schedules and requirements for both group auditors and local statutory audit.

Direct and organize all general accounting of various companies as per US GAAP and SWISSGAAP requirements. Prepare quarterly financial report. Handle financial reporting including management of risks ($160 mio receivables), capital expenditure ($25 mio), budget and forecast ($8 mio). Supervise the business performance managing teams ($16 mio annual sales, $14 mio credit limits) and the Sales activities within Eastern Europe including shipping and customer follow-up.
