Responsible for new European projects for key accounts. - Development of innovative nonwoven wipes for the consumer market. - Commission, qualify and ramp up of a state of the art nonwoven manufacturing line. - Organize, train and lead the 5-shift start-up crews. - Initiator and project manager for process developments and re-engineering of machines.
