Research assistant
Laboratory of Materials and Mechanics (Hohai University)
I participated in an international exchange research internship at Hohai University, of Nanjing - China. I helped a university professor to study the behavior of the composite material in the deep sea. I had to write a report on the difference between the Finite Element Method (FEM) and the Extended Finite Element Method (X-FEM) for the study of the composite material. This report was the introduction of his research, to identify a proper way of analyzing the behavior of the composite material.
