• Rotor dynamics of HDDE (Heavy-Duty Diesel Engine) rotary components esp. turbochargers. • Fatigue life investigations of HDDE components. • Review and manufacturability checking of designed components.

 Improve current manufacturing technology of gas and steam turbines components.  Revise and evaluate design department technical drawings in terms of manufacturability and tolerancing.  Redesign existing products, and perform research and testing on product concepts.  Generating master document List (MDL)

 Simulation of Gigacycle fatigue to estimate Stress Intensity Factor.  Developing an imperial code (ABAQUS/ PYTHON/ FORTRAN/MATLAB) for the different VHCF sample geometries to calculate SIF accurately and efficiently.  Design of a new Crack Propagation sample for Ultrasonic VHCF testing.

 JDEVS cooperates with FLSmidth Airtech in the air pollution control systems for cement and steel plants.  Design of Air pollution control General Plant according to standards (ACGIH), and customer requirements and limitations.  Design of hoods, ducting, accessories, supports, and structures for plants based on FLSmidth standards.  Design of the material handling layout and machines (screw conveyors, scrapers, and drag chains) based on FLSmidth standards.

 Preparing technical materials and training schedules for vocational schools according to the Iranian’s industries requirements.  Writing practical books for vocational schools.
