I developed these skills by working on Friday nights where the store got busy and it was challenging to work efficiently whilst mantaining high standards and helping customers. Doing this, I improved my flexiblity and received good customer feedback. My roles included till service, replenishing stock and general customer assistance.

Working within a customer facing environment I have developed excellent customer service and interpersonal skills by helping customers with their needs and going the step further to give them a great shopping experience. Working for the Fundraising People Australia in Melbourne, I developed my communication skills as I had to interact face to face with the general public. After two months I was promoted to Team Leader, which gave me the opportunity to manage a team of fundraisers and train new staff members. Whilst supervising and controlling my team I improved my leadership and teamwork skills.
