Senior Design Engineer – Track & Trolley  Generating a new product concept ( CATIA V5 ) in according with request of the client  Verification of Product conformity.  Management of the subcontractors.  Cost analysis of the proposer Modification Requests.  Coordination of the various departments involved.  Hand Calculation and verification by RDM 6 & Mathcad.

Task Manager CatiaV5 for RUAG Space  Development of payload fairings for 4.4m Vulcan rocket.  Coordination with the UK team for development of composite parts.  Selection and optimization of the alternative solutions proposed by the R&D.  Update of the activities in the KPI  Coordination of the various departments involved.

Design Group Leader for Lamborghini  Development of car body and interiors for Aventador SV.  Development of 3D models with CatiaV5  Feasibility studies and cost analysis.  Generation of the relevant documentation.

 Lead, coordinate and perform mechanical design of Aeronautic structures.  Provide training, support junior engineers.  Optimization of weight and realization of machined, sheet metal parts.  Manage specifications related to design requirements.  Responsible for budget and schedule of assigned tasks and work packages.  Implementation of the contractor's requests, process planning, manufacturing assessment and sub-contractors coordination.  Report to program manager and line manager.

 Approval of requests for special tools and assembly jigs.  Estimation and verification of the engineering costs of the special tools and assembly jigs, including design, material and construction.

 Support to research and development.  Preparing Cat-Product.  Generation of the 3D-Models.
