Spearheaded the QA team and established testing processes from the ground up, serving as the main point of contact for QA activities, defect logging, and prioritisation for an e-commerce platform. Conducted various testing methods such as Functional, smoke, and Regression tests to ensure software quality met business expectations and introduced test automation using Selenium (Robot Framework), significantly reducing manual testing efforts.
