Led VAVE on respiratory hood valves, eliminating metallic parts, and reverse-engineered helmet-to-face shield connectors. Conducted functional testing on N95 masks during COVID-19, supporting a successful market launch in India. Managed BOMs and documentation using SAP ERP.

Led VAVE on Biomek Pipettor Gantry Assembly, achieving 1/3 weight reduction and 20% cost savings by redesigning parts and using alternative manufacturing methods. Performed load simulations and prototype testing. For the DxA 5000 Medical Lab automation system, designed electromechanical components, optimized cable routing in Solidworks, and worked on data migration from SmarTeam to Enovia PDM.
