My role entails undertaking the development, implementation and maintenance of HBOS systems infrastructure & software to agreed standards and service levels. Worked for Lloyds Banking Group Operational Support & Maintenance- Responsible for ensuring the availability and maintenance of the Core platform. Overall ownership of the Internet Access Service Implementation to Group standards and policies, and to agreed service levels. Solution design, consultancy and support for Project delivery.
