Working as Hr Executive for sourcing profiles for external and internal requirements for all technical profiles for Middle-east viz.Bahrain, Australia,Singapore,Manila and India for IT/Non Profiles, working in aust. timmings. Updating the Candidates database and uploading to the intranet. Taking responsiblities of Hr activities.

As an IT Recruiter , My duties were to send profiles of the H1B consultants of sunsoft llc on our company payroll to the vendors/clients , negotiation for per hr rate for candidates with vendors/tier2 companies, later calling and speaking to the candidates for transfer of their h1b to the vendors/clinets and also confirming the per hr rate with them. Finding new req from direct clients/tier2 clients for candidates profiles sourced from portal like corp2corp as well as from vendors.

As Export Executive my job duties are following below : export lead generation for food products like biscuits, candies,lollipops thru Email Marketing and lead posting on portals related to export business also calling the clients for export enquiry. Maintain daily work report for eveyrday which has to be submitted to director. Negotiating with export clients for cost of shipping them the product by sending an quote with freight charges applicable as per the sea route and quantity.
