Responsibilities involve providing support for the onshore queue monitoring and generating MI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for the clients and for the team.

Deal with legal activities like Emigration clearance for all nationalities. Applying Visit visa for all nationality. Reminding all clients VISA expiry date and CR renewal date on time Prepare monthly invoices for our clients Tracking daily works and use Microsoft Excel. Preparing Monthly Invoice to the customers.

Create and maintain a Company contacts list and assist with client management. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing. Reconcile monthly credit and fuel card statements according to job codes. Perform data entry functions and use Excel spreadsheets to create monthly invoices. Preparation of all monthly financial reports.

Creating reports that provides information on business activity. Report may include data, graphics, chats, pivot tables, etc. Analyze team’s performance on quarterly, midyear and yearly basis. Generating reports for both manager’s and employee’s performance. Billing and Job bag creation for offshore team. Arrange food and transport for the employees. Sending Onshore reports to Clients
