• Manage team of electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical engineers to Design and Development of motors, Drives and Converters. • Lead cross-functional design reviews, analyze concepts, and evaluate cost effectiveness of the component/assembly designs. • Prepare and maintain product documentation, instruction manuals, and design & test documentation. • Design and development of motors with Induction/BLDC/PMSM/SRM/Axial/PCB technologies for ceiling and TPW fans.

Development Manager & developing cost effective reciprocating/inverter Compressor Model through motor design optimization. Responsible for New Model Development from the conceptualization stage to the final execution, finalization of tech specification, mass production trials and progress monitoring. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting on the new and existing products and processes. Coordinate engineering activities with purchasing and manufacturing.

Engaged in commissioning & testing of server room including temperature test at a load of 2.5 KW. Perform design calculations related to tasks assigned. Prepare project SOW, preliminary design concepts, and cost estimates for small projects. Assist in gathering field data and preparing project specifications.

Carried out all areas Instrumentation work, including workshop, are kept in a clean, and orderly state, in accordance with the 5s Principles. Coordination with Quality manager/ Officer/ Inspector for any revisions, specifications, Procedures related to Metrology, Calibration & Inspections
