Designing and building a flakiness-detection dashboard end to end for R&S's cross-divisional test-result platform: Python (Litestar) REST API, Elasticsearch aggregation pipeline, and an Angular frontend. Scoped the highest-value test-quality metric through a 44-engineer survey and 14 interviews, then defined and validated the flakiness metric with engineers and managers. Focus: test-quality analytics and test-feedback tooling.

Contributed to Jenkins-to-GitLab CI migration, building and testing pipeline stages. Built Python automation for release management, artifact packaging, retry logic, and deployment notifications, collapsing a fragmented manual deploy into one automated checkpoint. Standardised build/test/package/deploy stages with logging and alerting. Containerised steps with Docker. Authored runbooks and SOPs. Supported Kubernetes deployments and Terraform-managed internal infrastructure at a support level.

Developed .NET and Oracle apps automating workflows across 5 offices, reaching 3,000+ users and cutting tracking errors 25%. Built Python and C# REST APIs for ERP integration, cutting processing time 40%. Delivered full-stack features (React, Angular, TypeScript) and maintained CI/CD pipelines. Used Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress for component and E2E testing. Led a small team to ship an Android app two weeks early via Agile (JIRA/Confluence), achieving 95% client satisfaction.
