Upgrade Firmware of Audio Codes. * To add the Layer 3 route (primary as well as backup routes) from the Backbone network to the Customer last mile Network. * Also need to monitor the Layer 2 MPLS VoIP Customers, in case any issues related to Link or Voice and coordinate accordingly till the issue
