Handled the development of SFC libraries for Siemens PCS Neo and supported other libraries such as APL & IL. Designed and implemented function blocks in SCL, ensuring modularity and scalability. Refactored and optimized HMI faceplates for enhanced performance. Conducted unit testing using Karma Jasmine, resolved bugs based on internal QA and client feedback, and contributed to library deployment cycles. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align software modules with evolving DCS architecture.

Developed and deployed PLC/HMI-based automation solutions to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across multiple client sites. Engineered a custom CNC tool wear-offset correction system (ATWOC) paired with real-time OEE dashboards. Devised and applied PLC program for historian databases for centralized data logging and analytics in Industry 4.0 environments. Performed Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and electrical design reviews and commissioning.

Engineered and installed PLC and HMI automation systems for high-speed FMCG packaging lines. Configured motion control solutions using servo drives, enabling precise multi-axis synchronization. Drafted detailed electrical control panel designs using DesignSpark Electrical with IEC standards and safety regulations. Integrated with mechanical design teams on CAD machine designing. Carried out Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and on-site commissioning.

Assisted in the framing and testing of PLC and HMI programs for fmcg packaging machinery, contributing to improved machine performance.
