As Software project manager I am responsible for: Project team building and staffing. Define project scope and deliverables during project kickoff. Creating a project budget and tracking. Drive requirement analysis and agreement. Feature tracking for components/modules (Feature maturity planning). Plan and perform software release as per process. Plan and track deliveries as per agreed scope and milestones (Customer and Internal). Monitor and measure performance at a project level. Project risk management.

Planning and controlling of series change projects (quality, timing, cost, production, customer) for SRR3XX product family. Lead the project / change control boards to harmonize the change implementation across the projects and production plants. Responsible for Changes (incl. PCN/PTN‘s, Software bug fixes, PTS implementation) and tracking after assessment process for Implementation in Series production. Implementation of BOM updates via MLC and gate release in the plant and lead the sample build planning.

Responsible as a project manager for the product pump and fuel level sensor. Directed all phases of projects, from concept to execution and close-out. Directed planning, budgeting, vendor selection and quality assurance effort. Supervised the work of team members, offering constructive feedback on their work performance. Key customers handled: Suzuki, Ford, KTM, Bajaj, TV

Roles and responsibilities: RFQ study, benchmarking and requirement analysis. Point to point response for RFQ's. Concept freeze based on the final agreed requirements. Development plan finalization including samples and series production. Development documentation viz. DFMEA, DRBFM, Drawing release, BOM release, technical customer document. Product release and PPAP. Responsible for ECR’s, Customer support for field issues and quality claims Key customers handled: Ford, KTM, BMW, TVS, Bajaj.
