Responsibilities: • Developing customer-specific software features, translating steel and aluminum mill engineering requirements into production-ready functionality. • Driving knowledge sharing across DataModel, ETL configurations, C# logic, and SQL troubleshooting, and maintaining internal documentation for deployment, configuration, and support processes. • Bridging customer stakeholders and the core development team, isolating custom-configuration issues from core product bugs, and submitting bug reports

• Built Oktell Log Reader that grouped scattered call events by stable call-id, cutting per-call troubleshooting from 10– 30 minutes to under five. • Developed a C# WinForms IP scanner with async range scanning, ping checks, MAC detection, and ARP parsing, which cut LAN diagnostics from up to one hour to ~three minutes on 10-50 address ranges.
