Primary Responsibilities: - Management and supervision of the PM team, - 2011 budgeting / forecasting / financial modeling, - Corporate reporting to segment HQ (year / quarter / month / week), - Controlling, - VC, FC, WC analysis / results interpretation, - Development and implementation financial and operational models to simulate various company’s operation scenarios, - Preparation due diligence reports for the potential M&A targets, - Development / coaching the members of the PM, M&A teams

Primary Responsibilities: - Management and supervision of financial department, - 5-year budget/financial models preparation, - Taking active part in the company’s strategy development, - Set up of budgeting, management reporting, KPI and treasury management systems, - Development and implementation of IFRS reporting framework (including consolidations), - Development and implementation of biological assets valuation methodology/working template, - Communications with shareholders, investors, auditors

Responsibilities: - Engagements/people planning/management, - Communication with clients, - Preparing financial models, - Clients’ value drivers identification and recommendation how to manage them, - Preparing financial statements (IFRS, US GAAP, NAS), - Transformation of financial statements under National GAAP to IFRS/US GAAP, - Evaluation and recommendation of clients’ internal controls improvements, - Supervising team and coaching assistants
