Provided technical communication between dealers and Caterpillar factories on Caterpillar products, services, repair processes, warranty, NPI.

Responsible for factory-direct service support of engines in the CIS, product failure investigation, field repair, new product introduction, start-up, commissioning, customer training, warranty administration, aftersales marketing, support of power systems prime product sales.

Ocean-going cargo ships (8,000-14,500 dW) powered by B&W, MAN, Sulzer. Responsible for standby and auxiliary diesel gen-sets, boilers, separators, deck cranes, winches, and other equipment and systems. My duties included carrying out equipment maintenance and repairs, safe operation of the main engine during my watch.
