Led initial planning, stakeholder coordination, and construction methodology development for a cable-stayed bridge in Sochi with Freyssinet. Directed methodology for 1,000 km high-speed rail (Moscow–Kazan), soil investigation for seismic zones, temporary structures, and site logistics. Supervised flood-damaged bridge rehab, 1 km railway bridge launch, highway bridge dismantling, QA/QC, risk management, and project closeout.
