As part of a Agile team, I facilitate Retrospective meeting, planning session and stand up. I keep in sync multiple scrum team over three location (Karlsruhe, Ahmedabad and Bangalore). Push the team to embrace extreme programming / agile practice like TDD, peer reviewing and pair programming. Acquired skills: deep knowledge of agile principle and practice, improvement in communication skills.

Development and maintenance of the CI pipeline, development tools to smooth deployment into a AWS environment, integration of unittest framework (cmocka) into the CI pipeline. Development daemon to configure embedded device via centralized entity (UTM or Cloud), maintenance of the build environment. Acquired skills Ruby, Makefile, deep knowledge of Continuous Integration tools (Bamboo, Stash), advanced C development and Unittest strategies.

Active as a Consultant by ADB Broadband.

Analysis requirement, software design and development to fit customer requirements. I contribute to product development (CPE) for Small Business market, in particular to the devices for the Swiss (SwissCom) and the Austrian market (Telekom Autria). I work on OpenWrt-based and OpenRG-based Linux distribution on BroadCom MIPS SoCs. The main aim of my job is integration and configuration of Wi-Fi, xdsl driver, develop of User Interface both Web and Cisco-like command line interface.

Development on Linux embedded system designed for wireless mesh network (firmware and OS). I worked on OpenWrt Linux distribution on ARM-based processor (IXP4xx). Design and development Java-based application to configure wireless mesh network and a web application (html/javascript based) for configuring and managing Captive Portal. Development of Lua library for interfacing with kernel, e.g. configure network device, routing table, firewall.
