 CAD Design and detailing drawings of Engine Cam/Timing chain drive system using PTC CREO.  Analytical load calculation, layout design using AutoCAD for different Engine configurations (SOHC, DOHC).  Performing DFA, DFM, FMEA for enhancing manufacturability.  FEM: Structural analysis of chain links using ABAQUS.  Standards: GD&T ASME Y14.5, Spline design (DIN 5480) and JIS B 1603 FEMA (ISO 9001).
