BCM & Platform Software Zonal ECU • Implemented complex device driver for buffer management of DLT logs by accessing BSW modules DLT, RTM, BSWM, PDUR, and Socket Adapter. • Implemented state machine for security handshake & encrypted logs (AES) between Zonal ECU and SoC. • Integrated keyless entry libraries into BCM software, configuring RTE, DCM, NVM. • Debugged and resolved system-level and integration issues in Central Door Locking & Keyless Access features in multi-core systems using WinIdea.

Telematic OBD Dongle (2021 – 2022) • Improved J1939 PGN throughput by redesigning device software architecture and reconfiguring UART and CAN. • Enhanced state machine to support low-power modes and user event handling. • Implemented multi-packet UART protocol to boost communication reliability. • Secured flash content by integrating Mbed TLS library.

Proprietary Flash Bootloader (HMI) • Secured the SPI interface between Automotive Controller and Graphics SoC for bootloader. • Strengthened bootloader with Secure Boot and penetration test fixes. • Analyzed and fixed bugs reported during reprogramming. • Supported release planning; integrated BSP & ETHIL packages. • Customized regression test framework UDS flashing sequence to meet VW standards.

Power Steering ECU • Developed Power Steering ECU (ASIL-D) software for North American OEMs under ASPICE and V-Model. • Implemented signal provider & system state machine compliant with MISRA & Polyspace. • Configured CAN stack and developed UDS diagnostics. • Built CAPL scripts for GMLAN diagnostic testing. • Served as onsite coordinator in USA (1 year) for ECU integration & validation. • Led ECU SIL model development using Pytest framework.

Medical, Industrial • Developed low-level drivers (USB, RS232, I2C, SPI, ADC, GPIO, Timer, PWM) and abstraction functions using sample code and schematics. • Built complete firmware for Philips scanning machine USB control panel. • Contributed to Toshiba CT scanner X-ray generator control software. • Performed board bring-up & developed test jigs using PIC microcontrollers. • Designed GUI test application in C#.NET for testing USB keyboards in manufacturing.

• Implemented new features for Hospital Management Solution(SOLACE) using VB.NET and SQL Server database. • Designed new MIS reports using Crystal Reports and SQL queries.
