Having been acknowledged by the existing team members as the leader, I've formally stepped into the role and embraced the responsibilities it comes with. This also represented an excellent opportunity to foster productivity and empower the IT team.

After my first promotion, I began assuming responsibility for revenue-generating features and delivering reliable and scalable implementations in accordance with the business logic decisions made in collaboration with other departments.

The very beginning of my formal career started with lots of bug fixes, legacy codebase maintenance, and picking up increasingly difficult stories and improvements. During this period, I proved my adaptability and efficiency thanks to my delivery velocity.
