Design and implementation of the main loyalty program in Swarovski (beSwarovski) consumer benefits calculation and reporting using the latest BW(HANA) technology. Achievements: - real-time data look up across 5 systems - virtualized data-flow using the latest BW on HANA modeling options as well as Native Views - increased performance / decrease of maintenance work Project lead for the BW 7.5 on HANA upgrade. Project Lead for the Consumer Loyalty reporting improvements.
