Together with investor we run a startup company. We created online job board with innovation relevance system so this helps companies spare money and get better results. My obligation are initial product discovery, team management, market research, keep whole product align to project track. We created mvp version and right now launching our product to the market

As a product manager I run two teams - security team and search team. My main goal was to optimize security for sessions service and basket service and also search algorithm improvement as well. I worked closely with C-level stakeholders and our direct customers. Together with team members and colleagues we conduct various discovery phase, A/B test, customer development session. I am proud that my search team increased speed of goods indexation in the database and replication from 3 hours to 1.
