• Technical Project Management for the development of an acoustic signature classification system for the Colombian Navy, including estimation of engineering activities, hardware/software specifications, testing phases, cost analysis, and stakeholder management. Involvement in design, development, testing, and commissioning. • Tactical Data Link System Development for the Colombian Navy, enabling real-time integration of data from sensors on surface vessels, submarines, and aircraft.

• Development of discrete-event simulation models using Extendáis to evaluate alternative ship designs. • Definition of requirements and concept design for future frigates under the Colombian Navy’s Plataforma Estratégica de Superficie "PES" program. • Assessment of radar cross-section (RCS) and infrared (IR) signatures for naval vessels. • Design, development, and deployment of an acoustic buoy system for boat detection and classification.
