I've hired software engineers and created 3 development teams from scratches to start work on 3 new projects in 6 months. Also I've created processes for managing 15 people in a regular way that included planning, task review, goals setting, motivation and 1-1 sessions. Inside development teams I've been working on team leader growth with high-potential experienced engineers to motivate them and provide an ability and confidence to lead a projects independently.

I've been leading a team that was focus on DevOps processes standardization across UI teams. As a result of my work we've reduced the new project deployment time by 2 times using Terraform with Helm provider and internal common modules for it. All applications was deployed inside Kubernetes cluster with all necessary infrastructure. We've collected business metrics based on user actions, stored them in ClickHouse and replicated all metric data into DWH for further analysis.

I've been leading a small team that was working on mobile application for Cloud Console. My main achievement was that we doubled number of daily active users due to user satisfaction research. Also I've been working as team leader of small team on internal chat service that communicates via WebSocket. This high load service allows to send instant messages, files and etc. Written in Node.js (Express) and based on Redis Sentinel pub/sub.

I've been working in R&D department that was primarily focused on new company opportunities. Our main achievement was that we've started MVP of omni-channel chat bot in short period of time. That product provided next generation UX for user that could order and track their needs directly via Facebook Messages, Google Home and even Amazon Alexa by voice. User was able to order new t-shirt directly from Facebook and ask voice assistance "Where is my new t-shirt?" and hear the latest delivery updates.

I've developed Angular apps at Google to visualize data for internal Android tools and optimize project codebases for better UI performance. I also built an internal Angular app to help developers manage daily tasks, access resources, and track releases. My key achievement was delivering the first version of the user dashboard quickly, showing widgets for Issue Tracker tasks, code review status in Cider, and more.
