    I had the chance to work in CISSY group (CIS - diagnostic using Synchrotron radiation) on research topic “Investigation of impact of post-deposition treatment (PDT) with alkali metals on Chalcopyrite-absorbers efficiency” (CIGSe based thin-film solar cell). Assembling a deposition chamber for PDT of CIGS absorber with alkaline metals Na, K, NaF and KF. Investigation by using XPS, UPS and SPV measuring tools. Data processing and analysis. Based on the research results were prepared 3 publication.
