Design and implement heavy-read database using web2py and MS SQL 2008

MSSQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL. Package that transfers data from one system to another every 10 minutes.

Worked for Salym Petroleum. Written 47 new objects (SP, Functions) based on existing DWH. These objects were used to present data with an aid of VB.NET in MS PowerPoint. Worked for Sanofi. Designed and implemented 13 SSIS packages to consolidate data from SAP FICO, existing databases. Later used Qlikview to presented the data. Worked for VTB. Designed a database for MS SQL Server 2008 (17 tables, 30 views, 40 SP), for a bank to give loans to medium-size businesses.

I was responsible for financial systems of Controlling Department. Mainly, ETL process of Cognos Planning. That entailed gathering data from multiple sources (including SAP FI/CO, Oracle HFM, MS SQL 2012). I was responsible for preparing monthly PnL statements, Budget, F1/F2 scenarios and publishing this data to Oracle HFM. I have also provided IT support for Controlling team which included Cognos Planning support and expert-level Excel support.

My main focus was to administer Assyst ITSM Tool and to implement ITIL-based KPI for internal Service Desk. I developed reports in SSRS (Report Builder 3.0, Visual Studio 2012). Design of indexing strategy for reporting database was a part of my job as well. In addition to my current responsibilities at the time I was assigned to help in transition from Assyst ITSM Tool to Remedy ITSM Tool. For me, this resulted in writing a KPI document which I have later used to implement all of KPIs in SAP BO/BI.

First line internal support. My responsibility was to ensure that end-users have a flawless IT experience and to provide any IT support that is necessary. Additionally, this included writing short PowerShell scripts (for AD, DHCP, MS Exchange, MS SCCM). Creating reports for auditing purposes based on AD data; managing collections in MS SCCM; MS Exchange troubleshooting, message tracking; DHCP troubleshooting, reservations conflicts etc.

Worked as IT administrator for small businesses with a small infrastructure 3 to 15 PCs. Designed and implemented network architecture. Provided backup solutions based on Debian Linux and RAID 1.
